Job Description

Duties:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Providing excellent customer service and looking for new ways to enhance the client experience.
  • Increasing client base.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Writing business proposals.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Drafting and reviewing clients’ contracts.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Developing short and long-term strategy to attract companies.
  • Executing strategy and report progress against defined KPIs/Targets.
  • Training the sales team.
  • Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure.
  • Making sure to achieving and aiming to exceed assigned targets within agreed timelines.
  • Building a high performing culture within the sales team.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Being a strategic thinker - seeing the bigger picture and setting long terms goals and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Working strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Master’s degree is a plus
  • 5-6 years of experience
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Experience in Startups is a plus
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in Customer Support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
