Job Description
- Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs to achieve the main objectives of the company.
- Control the use and maintenance of devices, transportation, communication and other administrative services.
- Follow up the movement officer, prepare, maintain, and follow up on maintenance.
- Supervising the company's warehouses and its periodic inventory.
- Is fully responsible for equipping and rehabilitating service buildings, and taking the necessary preventive and remedial measures to preserve these buildings.
- Is fully responsible for security and to preserve the company's contents from theft and has the right to issue instructions and decisions that enable him to do so.
- Training personnel working in administrative affairs on their work and transferring his expertise to them.
- Submit weekly, monthly, half-yearly and annual reports to the Executive Committee and discuss these reports in periodic meetings.
- Responsible for distributing and equipping new employees' workplaces in cooperation with other departments.
- Supervising providing the necessary workplace needs with the necessary office tools, buffet and cleaning supplies monthly, according to the budget.
- Supervising everything related to cleaning works and directing orders in this regard.
