Job Description

  • Preparing sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs to achieve the main objectives of the company.
  • Control the use and maintenance of devices, transportation, communication and other administrative services.
  • Follow up the movement officer, prepare, maintain, and follow up on maintenance.
  • Supervising the company's warehouses and its periodic inventory.
  • Is fully responsible for equipping and rehabilitating service buildings, and taking the necessary preventive and remedial measures to preserve these buildings.
  • Is fully responsible for security and to preserve the company's contents from theft and has the right to issue instructions and decisions that enable him to do so.
  • Training personnel working in administrative affairs on their work and transferring his expertise to them.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, half-yearly and annual reports to the Executive Committee and discuss these reports in periodic meetings.
  • Responsible for distributing and equipping new employees' workplaces in cooperation with other departments.
  • Supervising providing the necessary workplace needs with the necessary office tools, buffet and cleaning supplies monthly, according to the budget.
  • Supervising everything related to cleaning works and directing orders in this regard.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years' of Administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Maximum age 40
