- Contacting Customer before the tour and update the pick-up time, tour details.
- Contacting Customers during the tour and ask for feedback about it.
- Contacting Customers after the tour to make sure that they are satisfied with our services and asking them to write feedback about us
- Manage all kinds of customer complaints and problem-solving.
