Job Description

  • First line support for the users.
  • Answering staff questions in person and via phone and email on all company supported applications.
  • Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, IP phones, printers and networks problem.
  • Performing hardware and software installations.
  • Administrating the AD , Domain Controllers, File Servers , Exchange.
  • Making sure to follow the IT process and the COPC guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Windows server 2003,2008 and 2012
  • Office 2003, 2007,2010 and 2013.
  • LAN, WAN troubleshooting.
  • Good analytical skills for troubleshooting various applications
  • Antivirus and antispyware software awareness
  • A working knowledge with AD, DNS, DHCP.
  • A working knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure
  • Understanding of Network fundamentals
  • CCNA /MCSA
