Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1-Data Analysis

  • Obtain, analyze and interpret supply chain relevant data
  • Perform analyses with this data
  • Use analysis results to improve supply chain processes and works on reducing costs
  • Use related tools and internal data to generate the needed reports

2-Planning

  • Perform short and long term schedule planning and capacity planning
  • Plan the whole purchasing process regarding the market needs
  • Plan the supply chain cycle within the whole functions
  • Communicate with the company sales team to monitor the selling process and plan the next purchasing cycle
  • Understand the whole supply chain functions and each team member role in order to set the perfect plan

3-Manage Inventory

  • Monitor the workflow inside the department and the company as general to set the action plan
  • Work closely with Suppliers, Manufacturing and Distribution organizations to ensure execution of the daily production plan in line with Supply Chain measures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce
  • 1-3 years of experience within the same field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Fluency in English language (Both written and spoken)
