Job Description
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Facilitating HR processes.
- Managing Employees’ Vacations and Leaves.
- Coordinating filing process on system and manual employees’ files.
- Screening resumes.
- Performing In-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Make periodic reports about annual leave and overtime.
- Post different jobs on all recruitment platforms.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English language.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
