Job Description

  • Assisting departments with their recruitment needs
  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
  • Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Facilitating HR processes.
  • Managing Employees’ Vacations and Leaves.
  • Coordinating filing process on system and manual employees’ files.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing In-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Make periodic reports about annual leave and overtime.
  • Post different jobs on all recruitment platforms.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English language.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
