Job Description

  • The only key person to deal with the client from PCE managerial.
  • Receive Clear Scope of work form BD.
  • Create a PCE Contract of Client.
  • Create accounting& amount Due sheet with the accounting department.
  • Project kick of the meeting & site visit preparation.
  • Mobilization Confirmation.
  • Attend regular meetings with the contractor to ensure the progress on-site activities meets the requirements of the construction program
  • Manage the site supervision team to ensure that the progress of the work meets the milestones of the project.
  • Establish supervision procedures for the team and monitor during the life cycle of the project
  • Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines of the supervision team and contractor
  • Monitoring and review of the team performance, and control team resources and report to the area manager.
  • Implementation of communication procedures and correspondence between supervision team.
  • Collect all information from all disciplines and makes a summary and report to the area manager
  • Highlight and make recommendations of all the obstacles on-site related to (Team, project, performance, resources) to area manager for action
  • Assist in the preparation of the weekly & monthly reports and project status with respect to the project baselines
  • Collect all required information from the supervision team and finalize these data and report to the area manager in order to evaluate the interim payment of the contractor.
  • To ensure that the responsibilities matrix in place.
  • Vacation approval of all resident engineers with accounting.
  • Per visit engineer’s site coordination and accounting sheet with the accounting.
  • Prepare site visit report.
  • Invoices Submission and follow up with the client.
  • Project closeout & learn a lesson.
  • Locate PGI & submission & MOM & Contact list.

Job Requirements

  • 10-13 years of experience.
  • Leadership Skills.
  • Problem Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • PMP is preferred
