Job Description

  • Handling customers call and complaints responding and sending emails
  • Responding to inquiries and suggestions from customers, whether through telephone or social media.
  • Receive complaints and provide solutions to customers.
  • Communicate with representatives of other departments to finalize the requests of customers in other departments.
  • Satisfying customers and reducing the volume of complaints and identify and submit to the customer service supervisor.
  • Follow-up of customers in cases of maintenance and accidents and ensure the completion of the procedures properly.
  • Follow-up social and other means of communication to attract the largest possible customer segment.
  • Any other work to which it is assigned. In terms of scientific and practical specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Males Only
  • Graduates only with Bachelor degree
  • Clear military status required
  • Max age 35
  • Good To V.Good conversation English Level
  • At least one year experience in Call Center
  • Excellent Presentation , Communication & Soft skills and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft Office applications ( Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook )
  • Very good knowledge in Handling Reports and Daily, weekly and monthly reports and tasks
  • Excellent Team player
  • Charismatic Personality
  • Excellent Analytic Thinking
  • Candidates who are close to work Location (Sheraton Heliopolis- Nozha)
  • Good knowledge of dealing with social media (Twitter – Facebook. etc.)
  • Good writing skills (30) words per minute (Arabic - English)
  • Ability to work in a Rotation shifts and day offs (Two days) / 9 Hours shift including 1 Hour Break
  • Creativity and analytic thinking
