This role requires an experienced Talent & HR Manager and a smart thinker with a high level of emotional intelligence and integrity. .Being passionate about building great teams in the digital field, you have gained a track record in the field of recruitment and talent development in an agency environment.
In your key role as our Talent & HR Manager, you are working at the heart of what makes Heroleads special: Our people.
You will build a structured & systematic recruitment process and a talent pipeline that aligns with our hiring needs and business objectives.
In this role, you will shape and implement strategies that will help us develop and retain high-performing team members.
Your responsibilities include designing employee training programs, building succession plans and crafting an internal promotion process. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting along with a strategic mindset in order to develop a skilled workforce.
You will be based at our office in Cairo, Egypt. Experience in a digital or digitally affiliated business is a must.

Responsibilities
- Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Interview and evaluate candidates for various roles
- Oversee implementation of the incentive system
- Monitor KPI achievements and incentive payouts
- Manage HR software
- Manage holidays & leave balance in line with team managers
- Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
- Design employee development programs
- Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
- Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
- Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits
- Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
- Draft job descriptions
- Work hand in hand with external recruiters
- Manage payroll in collaboration with Finance
- Organize team events, “hideouts” and team building initiatives
Job Requirements
- BS/MA degree in HR, Psychology or Business Management (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Min 5 years of experience in Recruitment, Taxation, Labor law, Contracting & HR
- Proven experience as an HR Manager
- Experience in digital agency field
- Proficient user of Google Sheets and HR software
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
