Manager - Data Science

Job Requirements:

• Consults with internal and external clients and helps provide expert technical consultation to solve complex Data Science related issues
• Assists in rolling out new or enhanced services
• Provides local knowledge answering questions to the Delivery team
• Ensures Data Science services are delivered to the highest quality standards
• Facilitate cross-team 2-way communication, e.g passing client requirements from the commercial team into Data Science, and providing Data Science workflow update to the commercial team.
• Ability to turn numbers into stories our clients can understand and respond to
• Ability to use statistical methodologies to analyze the data;
• Compiling and delivering documentation material such as powerpoint slides for methodology questions and/or frequently asked questions
• Supporting basic client service duties as needed; participating in team projects and staff meetings.
• Work cross-team to provide a professional, clear response to all clients.
• Liaises with Product Leadership to define the scope of product enhancements, regional roll-out plan and other aspects while balancing statistical and commercial needs.
• Advises Product Leadership on Service designs and simplifications
• Interfaces with Data Science Methods team to define needed innovations.
