Job Description
- Manages and leads the recruitment process and the overall utilization of recruitment team to fulfill the recruitment needs for both white and blue collar in accordance with the manpower plan.
- Solves all issue evolving during hiring job vacancies.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities are in accordance with the recruitment process and procedures starting from job posting, sourcing, screening, HR & Technical interviews, assessment, check reference (If needed)
- Submit the needed reports on a regular basis to ensure that recruitment needs and requirements are monitored, updated and delivered.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Human Resources or relevant.
- 5 to 7 years of experience with at least 3 years in a HR senior level.
- Industrial, Building Material or Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Very Good in English.
