Job Description

  • Make sure that the agreements made between the tenant and the company matching with the policies and regulations agreed.
  • In the case of any exceptions must obtain the necessary administrative approvals documented and clarified in writing.
  • Dealing with customers and a high level of refined professional craft.
  • Putting the technical aspects into consideration related to the tenant relationship with the company.
  • Putting the Legal aspects into consideration related to the tenants relationship with the company.
  • Defining the Tenant before contracting about the technical and legal aspects related to the commercial relationship with the company.
  • Defining the rights and obligations of the lessee before the contracting process.
  • Make sure the tenant signing during the contracting process on all terms of the contract.
  • Answering specific contract inquiries and ensure full coverage with tenants.
  • Make sure to explain and clarify all attached documents to contract and signing the tenant on it.
  • Making sure of providing full explanation of the financial aspects to the tenant and make sure repaid before signing on the contract.
  • Offer technical assistance after contracting process in coordination with the Project Engineering and maintenance departments.
  • Follow-up during the finishing process and delivery of the tenant in the agreed deadlines.
  • Make sure that the decoration level is suitable with the overall mall appearance.
  • Make sure the goods shown are suitable with the Mall level.
  • Follow-up with the tenant in case of delay in opening date of the shop.

Job Requirements

Minimum required Education

  • B.Sc. In Business Administration or any similar field.

Language Proficiency

  • Arabic, English and Russian or Italian languages are preferable.

Minimum required Professional Experience

  • 3 year minimum experience in Business Administration or any similar field.
  • Overall experience 8-10 years of experience
