Job Description

  • To help shape the public image of Yumamia’s services through branding strategies that are used for promotional or informational purposes.
  • Also, to ensure that our brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers.
  • In addition, making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.
  • Tasks include activities such as tracking of brand sales performance / Brand planning / new launches/brand communication/packaging/media & digital planning.

Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the marketing management/plans and development of the brand.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, digital, online platforms, product design, and other advertising activities to ensure that our products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands, in addition to increasing our clients’ database.
  • Manage the activations of existing clients.
  • Increasing retention and frequency of purchasing of our existing clients.
  • Measures and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Analyzes brand positioning and consumer insights, as well as trying to predict future trends
  • Identify potential improvements by analyzing the market to take the brand further.
  • Monitors market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
  • Aligns the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics job requirements
  • Coordinate with our external PR agency on architecting and enhancing the company's social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

Job Requirements

Qualifications Required,

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience (1-3 at the same position), FMCG or F&B.
  • Excellent command of English.
