Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the leadership necessary to achieve projected sales goals while ensuring complete customer satisfaction at all times.
- Set plans and strategy to lead the showroom to ensure achievement of business goals in sales
- Establish individual sales goals and hold sales team accountable for achieving goals.
- Create and nurture a positive team environment and a high level of energy and ambition with employees to ensure sales growth.
- Achieve sales goals through the recruitment, development, training, coaching and management of the sales staff
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance and providing quarterly sales results
- Evaluate needs and strengths of your sales team members on a continuous basis.
- Utilize training tools provided by the Company to ensure your team's success.
- Create opportunities for associates to enhance their existing skills to prepare for future roles.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services.
- Making proactive outbound calls to customers.
- Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that everyone is being looked after.
Job Requirements
- Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
