- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
- Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

- Takes and relays messages Provides information to callers
- Greets persons entering organization

- Deals with queries from the public and customers
- Monitors visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Receives and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintains appointment diary either manually or electronically
- Organizes conference and meeting room bookings
- Controls inventory relevant to reception area
- Maintains cleanliness in the reception area

- High School diploma generally required
Years of Experience
- One year experience operating a multi-line telephone or switchboard system; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resources.
