Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.

  • As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules.
  • Develop, implement and manage client’s social media strategy
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter , Snap, and Instagram
  • Communicate with clients and present the strategy and reports• Creating Social media audits & in-depth reporting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Sales and Development teams
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Using Google Adwords ads to generate traffic to websites through search and display Ads.
  • Using Facebook ads to generate orders.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a social media specialist
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Experience in communications, Marketing, Business, sales, community management, New Media, and Public Relations
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Highly knowledgeable in the principles of "Search and Social."
  • Possesses a great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Practices superior time management.
  • Strong project management or organizational skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Fluency in English
