Job Description
- Handling monthly employees attendance.
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
- Monitoring and investigating scheduled and non-scheduled days off, leaves, excuses, and work mission requests to ensure the staff's absence has been recorded accurately.
- Filing & handling the company's database.
- Contacting with the labor official.
- Implement social insurance / Governmental Medical Insurance procedures for all company employees.
- Processing all personnel actions forms such as form 1,2 and from 6.
- Handle all administrative works related to the HR Department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in personnel in construction companies.
- Very good knowledge of social insurance law & labor law.
- High organization skills.
- Males Only.
