Job Description
- Assist in the setting up of a CRM for the company
- Assist in the preparation and updating of call scripts
- Assuring that call scripts are being followed by concerned staff
- Some portion of compensation will be bonus based on achieving sales targets
- Making sure staff are following procedures for recording orders
- Sending orders to concerned parties daily
- Training and supervision of new staff members
Job Requirements
- Graduate.
- At last 5 years experience in a similar role in a known firm
- Experience working with a crm is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially powerpoint and Excel
