Job Description

  • Assist in the setting up of a CRM for the company
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of call scripts
  • Assuring that call scripts are being followed by concerned staff
  • Some portion of compensation will be bonus based on achieving sales targets
  • Making sure staff are following procedures for recording orders
  • Sending orders to concerned parties daily
  • Training and supervision of new staff members

Job Requirements

  • Graduate.
  • At last 5 years experience in a similar role in a known firm
  • Experience working with a crm is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially powerpoint and Excel
