Job Description
- Managing & Controlling company kitchen to ensure the quality of meals provided to employees and their delivery in a timely manner and follow up on the implementation of what has been agreed upon by the meals Committee
- Follow-up housing staff (new workers housing - providing housing needs)
- Follow-up of requisitions requests and purchase of the department
- Coordinate the work of Co. fleet to meet the administrative requirements of the work within the administration and other departments
- Prepare a monthly report on the department activities that have been implemented and the problems encountered and submitting it to the Administration Manager.
- A strong leader with a proven track record of developing a strong team.
Job Requirements
- Have experience in contracts & services.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
