- Job Description:
- Manage Water treatment and desalination projects.
- Prepare and update cost sheets.
- Prepare and maintain projects schedule.
- Monitor eng' work and prepare transmittal for approval.
- Ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Prepare monthly revenue forecasts.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
- Engage subcontractor and monitor their payment and work progress.
- Manage all related functions involved in his projects: Procurement, eng' finance, field services.
- Prepare monthly progress payment sheets and monitor payments for his projects.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: max. 5 years as Project Manager. (including min. 2 years in water treatment or desalination projects)
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Good knowledge of MS Projects or Primavera.
- Having a PMP certificate would be an asset.
- Computer literate.
