Job Description
Reports To: The candidate will report to the Projects Manager.
Job Overview: The candidate is an Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer who will work in HVAC
Controls and Building Management Systems (BMS). S/He will work in the Projects Department
in the implementation steps of the projects that include: Engineering, Commissioning,
Programming and Startup. S/He will be responsible for in-hand projects from start to finish, as
well as complete hand over.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Manage a small projects team
- Engineering, programming and startup
- Supervise technicians in project commissioning
- Site duties: communication, correspondence, meetings and coordination with other parties on site
- Get consultants’ approvals on site
- Understand value Engineering, construction contracts, liabilities and project time programs
- Projects hand over
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc in Electrical (Power or Communication) Engineering or Mechatronics
- 0-3 years working experience
- Organization and time management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Works well in both team and independent environments
- Ability to travel around Cairo and sometimes Egypt
- English Language
- AutoCAD and FBD programming are a plus
