Job Description
- Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our customers' & employees end users in an efficient and accurate manner.
- You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Job Requirements
- (1-3) years of proven experience as a help desk support engineer, technical support engineer, or similar roles.
- Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting, and provide clear instructions.
- Hands on experience with Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems.
- Hands on experience with WAN/LAN networking systems.
- Excellent Command of the English language.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, CCNA, MCSA, etc.…)
