Job Description

  • Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our customers' & employees end users in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

Job Requirements

  • (1-3) years of proven experience as a help desk support engineer, technical support engineer, or similar roles.
  • Sc. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting, and provide clear instructions.
  • Hands on experience with Windows/Linux/MacOS operating systems.
  • Hands on experience with WAN/LAN networking systems.
  • Excellent Command of the English language.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, CompTIA N+, CCNA, MCSA, etc.…)
