Job Description
- Creating and tracking candidate profiles through the process
- Identifying lags in the overall recruiting process and working with the recruiting team to streamline processes
- Working directly with sourcing recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
- Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Maintain a high level of candidate engagement & top class candidate experience.
- Brief candidates on the assessments to be taken & place them according to process profiled for
- Efficient in taking candidates through the interview process
- Schedule & conduct floor walks covering all employees across LOB’s
- Screen and shortlist referrals for further rounds within a TAT of 24 hours from the time of application
Job Requirements
- 2 years of recruiting coordinator, admin or recruiting experience
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations. We are looking for a team player with a solid work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.
- Flexibility and the ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fast-paced and potentially ambiguous environment.
- A solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
