Job Description
- Sales follow up & interpreting trends analysis
- Selecting fabrics, trims & accessories
- Issue seasonal color card per fabric or product line
- Create, manipulate and recolor all prints & yarn-dyes
- Follow up fabric & trims & accessories developments.
- Creating Designs for a group of products
- Creating Designs for product accessories when needed (buttons, tags…etc)
- Execute layouts, rapports and color ways
- Coordinate with staff involved in developing samples or finished garments
- Examine sample garments on and off models; then modify designs to achieve desired effects
- Issue detailed Style & Trim sheets.
- Follow up color, prints & embroidery approvals
- Oversee the final production of their designs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design, or an equivalent Diploma from a recognized academic institution.
- 0-2 years of experience in apparel Design with experience in building Flats, Color boards and Tech Packs but fresh Grads with good portfolios are also welcomed.
- Knowledge of Corel Draw & Corel photo paint or similar software (Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop) is a must.
- Fluent in English.
