Job Description
- Study tender documents and assign role of each department, prepare tender tracking sheets, ensure send packaging to Subcontractors and assure receiving
- Follow up with Subcontractors for tender queries and for offer receiving .
- Receive offers and prepare comparison sheet for alternative offer
- Analyze different price proposals to get least price with best quality
- Prepare contracts , POs, IVOs, according to given data entry for contracts, POs and IVOs .
- Follow up on projects needs and prepare purchasing form after pricing the items.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil/ Arch).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- Males only.
