Job Description
- Assists the sales team in closing deals by providing solution expertise.
- Pro-actively scopes the solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm.
- Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, financial and business operations departments to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Secures from customer commitments needed to ensure project delivery.
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms.
- Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and advanced.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or operations

3-5 years of experience in relevant posts, payment solutions pre-sales experience is a plus.
- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Positive, service-oriented personality
