Job Description

  • Leading the E-learning department, including different educational projects.
  • Putting plans for developing/defining and maintaining the company’s digital existed/new products.
  • Define project scopes, directions, plans, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Managing all vendors, plus external/internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures learning and performance objectives are appropriate to the audience and that the E-content meet the learning objectives.
  • Lead the daily operations, and ease the team's work.
  • Manage different functional teams, and ease the conflicts among them.
  • Schedule and track e-learning project timelines, milestones and deliverable using appropriate tools.
  • Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary during project cycle.
  • Define new market technologies for the digital products and aligning them with marketing teams.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Works closely with subject matter experts,development team, products team and marketing team, etc. to leverage core content and build effective E-learning programs.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the educational projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (in a technical area: computer science, engineering, education, instructional design, information systems, technology).
  • ITI Graduate is Strongly Preferred.
  • Experience creating, editing, synchronizing and/or recording both audio and video for E-learning products.
  • A minimum of six years E-Learning/Educational experience.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and E-learning principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different personalities and temperaments.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to set vision and drive tactical execution; willing to roll-up the sleeves to finish running projects in stable environment with competing deadlines.
  • "Can-Do" approach to a wide and rapidly changing workload.
  • Project Management experience is a Plus.
