Job Description
- Lead, supervise, support and train team members on selling skills and product knowledge to achieve the monthly sales target.
- Review daily operations with team members to ensure adherence to working procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure the maintenance of merchandising standards in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain an effective monthly activity schedule and ensure compliance with the time frame.
- Coordinate with customers and design various store merchandise plans and provide upgrades recommendations.
- Analyze store observation programs and validate various store process.
- Monitor all placements for the store section and allocate resources appropriately.
- Issue daily report to the Direct Manager which includes out of stock items, the execution, and the competition news.
Job Requirements
- Gender: Males Only.
- Education: Bachelor's degree with any relevant discipline.
- Language: Good command of Arabic and English (written, orally).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience with the same job title.
- Personality: High follow up and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
