Job Description
- Implements and tracks Trade Marketing programs for retailers with commercial and marketing teams to increase sales and brand/category presence.
- Responsible for activating the trade marketing calendar. In charge of activations; in-store, malls, …etc.
- Works closely with the Marketing Department for the presence of marketing and display materials in selling locations.
- Manages the Trade Marketing budget and ROI.
- Develops a strong understanding of consumers’ attitudes, behaviors, and trends.
- Monitors and improves processes to better link marketing and commercial activities.
- Reports sales needs and field intelligence to commercial/marketing teams.
- Manages BTL agencies and identifies new suppliers.
- Is the key reference on all POSM related matters; stands/displays.
- Ensures on-time sales material development, purchases and distribution like posters, t-shirts, stands, gondola branding, and printings.
- Trains and coaches ushers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Major Marketing) or relevant
- Excellent in Microsoft Applications
