Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
- Managing all the company finish goods movement from sources to distribution centers and later to customers including storage and transportation at both physical and statutory levels
- Calculate, analyze and monitor all Financial and commercial activities related to warehouse and distribution department.
- Act as the custodian of the company assets and governor of internal processes and operating procedures in line with legislation guidelines .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assure full compliance to all HSE requirement related to people, goods and assets
- Supervise the warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and delivering finish goods
- Plan and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
- Synchronize the warehouse activities, such as manufacturing, finance and customer service
- Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicles and equipment and order testing, maintenance, repair, or replacement as necessary.
- Review to 3rd party suppliers invoices in term of pricing & quality to approve payment,
- Respond to customer’s questions and complaints regarding storage, transportation service and distribution, share knowledge with business partners such as distributor to improve their operation environment through hosting seminars or making site visits.
- Create continuous improvement flows to work on productiveness, efficiency &cost saving
- Issue shipping instructions to transporters and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
- Manage all third party labors working on site and assure following all set standards related to safety, health and security
- Overseeing stock control and report monthly near expired products to avoid write off
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems; report deficiency
- Issue a weekly plan in line with the orders received from customer service, goods arrival as per logistics and release by related authorities
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, develop and lead cost saving initiatives that deliver the company target.
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Track and trace goods while transit to destinations, expediting orders when necessary. Apply all security parameters and requirements before & during its journey
- Perform HSE, Quality internal audits and set plan for gap closures and improvements
- Arrange for storage facilities when required. Regular review the projected volume to plan ahead storage capacities and crew required
- Develop and implement plans for facility modification or expansion, such as equipment purchase or changes in space allocation or structural design.
- Recruiting and training of staff, monitor the performance and progress of staff;
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
- Assure full adherence to internal control practices related to stock take and movement recording, revenue recognition and deviations management with no deviation
- Set the proper mechanism and manage the flow of empty pallets movement within the different locations including the customer warehouses
- Manage products overprinting activity in full within the warehouse premises including materials, labors and cost.
- Order materials and spare parts required for printing operation, manage the overall cost and assure it is in line with the annual set rates.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree
Related Experience:
- 8 years of experience large organization & warehouses management
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Time Management
- Good command of English
- Excellent computer skills.
- High Analytical Skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus
