Job Description
- Experience in analysis the captured requirements and identifying the right components to apply changes
- Project Plan, Estimation and programming experience
- Minimum 3 years of Analyst (or) System Analyst experience
- Go through the RFP and Identify missing product features and get them to the product backlog
- Prepare for Analysis session based on Analysis Checklist and Analysis process
- Revise the product SRS to make it project specific SRS based on the SOW scope (FOR RFPs, the SRS must address RFP items)
- Prepare Requirement traceability matrix with SOW Scope and map it to SRS requirements
- Identify the Integration requirements, the security requirements, the data import requirements, the roles who will use the system and the responsibilities of these roles in the system, the non-functional requirements as well.
- Conduct Walk-through SRS sign-off sessions to present the SRS and get approvals from client
- Develop detailed process workflows both for as-is and to-be
- Define System Configuration (including Org, Roles and Permissions, Queues, Teams, Business Units, case process and sales process configurations)
- Prepare for user training and training material
- Conduct user training
Job Requirements
- French speaker is Must
- Experience: 8+ years
- Minimum 3 years of banking applications experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or engineering
- Should have good analytical skills
- Prior knowledge of executing test cases experience
- Prior knowledge of Developing test cases experience
- Prior knowledge of Documenting and keeping track of test cases
- Prior knowledge of Developing traceability matrixes
