Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks once the candidate is selected
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Assist with payroll
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Maintain the attendance of the staff
- Support other assigned functions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of related working experience in Human Resources in any service industry
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Management / Administration or equivalent
- Very Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Very good English and Arabic Languages
