Job Description

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks once the candidate is selected
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  • Assist with payroll
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Maintain the attendance of the staff
  • Support other assigned functions
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of related working experience in Human Resources in any service industry
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources / Management / Administration or equivalent
  • Very Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good English and Arabic Languages
