About the Company:

Microwize.com is a healthcare IT company serving the USA medical field by providing software, hardware, and consulting services to medical physicians.

  • Will be working in New Cairo office or Sheikh Zayed office to assist the Project Manager/Operation Manager in USA.

Position Summary:

Accounting Manager/Controller is responsible for creating, and then maintaining, accounting processes and inventory systems which will accurately appraise management regarding all areas of operations that align with long-term business growth objectives. Responsibilities including accurate inventory forecasting/balancing, accounts payable/receivable, reporting, payroll, internal audits, purchasing, cost analysis, and budgeting.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creating appropriate accounting and inventory systems in order to accurately appraise management regarding profitability, performance against budget (software/hardware), responsible for coaching, training, mentoring and evaluating a small team.
  • Statements, internal audits, financial reviews, and budgets.
  • Ensures the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable, employee expense reports, payroll, sales tax, and other taxes compliance. Accounts Receivable including billings, cash receipts, etc.
  • Maintains the company’s system of accounts and keeps books and records on all company transactions, inventories, and assets.
  • Maintains insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
  • Responsible for tracking employees' time off/vacations, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress of projects with the project management team.
  • Manages and maintains CRM (ConnectWise Manage) and accounting software system (QuickBooks Enterprise).

Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or related field.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of efficiency.
    • Knowledge and Quickbook is a plus.
