Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for Al-Matar. Responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and action plans through analysis, strategy, development, consultation, and implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Weekly comprehensive analysis of data utilizing Tableau to review weekly performance reports and implement recommendations and action plans to optimize AlMatar index growth
- Weekly market-analysis of our competitors. (Pricing, Revenue, and availability wise)
- Deep analysis and monitoring of our channels of sales
- Presentation genius to share his/her recommendations which are related to the analysis
- Ensuring that all the sales channels are updated (content, images & offers) in line with the overall strategy of AlMatar
- Working closely with our Marketing department to explore all the potential opportunities and ensure/support
- Setting up a strategy for the Revenue Hotels/Flights Unit (weekly, monthly and annually)
Job Requirements
Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- More than 1 year of experience in revenue management (Airlines or Hotels) is a must
- Excellent command of English Language
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with working on Tableau
Behavioral Competencies:
- Flexible personality
- Ability to travel when needed
