Job Description
- Generate leads and contact potential clients to set an appointment to propose project details.
- Achieve monthly and annual targets set by the team leaders to generate revenues for the company.
- Participate in real estate and Commercial conferences and exhibitions (internally – externally) to promote the brand name and sell project units.
- Respond to all client inquiries regarding the project (payment plan – unit value).
- Negotiate property price and provide sales quotes for client to ensure purchasing a suitable unit with the appropriate financial alternatives to best suit company’s interest.
- Manage Clients reservation with our financial team.
- Liaise with the sales team leader to check the availability of the selected unit before contracting for avoiding duplicated allocation.
- Prepare allocation form required for contracting including (client data – unit price and payment plan) and ensure to be signed by the client.
- Generate reports to sales team leaders and sales manager
- Follow up with clients to maintain positive on-going relationships and build a rapport between the company and client.
