Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Providing courteous and professional phone support to customers.
  • Updating customers account data, as required.
  • Assist in resolving customers inquires/complaints .
  • Troubleshoots problems and provides information.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Fulfills all duties as communicated and assigned by the call center supervisor
  • Preforms other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
  • 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role (call center or customer service environment).
  • Very Good/Excellent English Language
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • The ability to respond to common inquiries in effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Age: 23 to 27
  • Gender: Females
  • Working hours: 09:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m
  • Days Off: 1 day off
