Job Description

  • Establishes and maintains client contacts and develops sales strategy.
  • Strengthens current business ties; coordinates meetings between clients/potential clients and technical or other key individuals.
  • Keeps abreast of overall business trends, particularly the current business climate.
  • Conducts surveys to determine promising areas of development. Establishes and maintains numerous contacts within and outside the industry. Follows up in a timely manner on all possible leads
  • Develops proposals for services in response to invitations to bid, and provide guidance to proposal team from inception to completion. Develops the pricing structure, as well as other contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitors and assures that contractility, maintainability, and value engineering are incorporated into the project during all phases of planning, design and construction.
  • Negotiates contracts, including secrecy agreements and joint venture agreements.
  • Acts as sponsor for foreign agent representative(s); negotiates and maintains agent agreement.
  • Acts as sponsor during project execution.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager or the General Manager.

Job Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Excellent presentation and organisational skills.

  • Experience in Photoshop.

  • Experience in Office package.

  • Very good English.
