Summary:
Shipping Specialist is required for a leading company working in lab equipment, and Medical Devices in Egypt.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with customers, vendors.
- Direct calls and emails, as needed, to team members, ensuring the purpose of inquiries is clearly identified, as well as copying in sales consultant(s), where necessary.
- Maintain a business partner database.
- Obtain shipping estimates through an online portal.
- Provide ETA & tracking information.
- Perform international & domestic stock checks utilizing database, e-mails and telephone
- Provide technical, environmental & product data to customers via e-mail.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience 3-5 years in the shipment " Air and Sea"
- Very good in the English Language verbal and written.
- High communication skills.
- Max age of 30
- Ability to learn
- Hard worker.
- Females are preferred.
