Job Description
- Making necessary icmal and bank transaction controls on a daily basis
- Booking all invoices in the correct period and according to the local country GAAP/IFRS
- Making sure that the original legal documents (z reports, invoices, waybills) are safely transferred to the head office and keeping a regular filing system
- Requesting and/or approving the payment requests on eba invoice approval platform
- Reconciling with every vendor that the company works with (rent vendors monthly, rest on a quarterly basis)
- Reviewing construction contracts, invoices and completion reports
- Reviewing company contracts with 3rd parties from accounting & tax perspective
- Monitoring intercompany transactions for control and cash flow purposes
- Submitting all tax & statistical declarations correctly and on time Month closing
- Reconciling bank accounts and cash registers
Job Requirements
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards and IFRS.
- The high command of written and spoken English
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WinWord.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- SAP financial application experience is an asset
