Job Description
- Building daily tracks (itineraries) based on two criteria, less lead time, less cost, and follow-up
- Monitor the cost of transporting products and deliveries at the level of (the cost of one order) compared to the value of orders
- Reviewing and verifying the conformity of delivery papers and fulfilling all necessary conditions
- Emphasizing the application of the company's policies and regulations pertaining to cargo insurance and the insurance limits for cars and drivers
- Create a record of all documents related to delivery and receipt from warehouses, suppliers, and customers
- Regular supervision of the process of loading products and ensuring that the safety and insurance rules for cars and company products are followed
- The inventory and recording of integrated data and information on the movement of vehicles, their condition, and their continuous updating
- Regular follow-up of drivers and delegates of deliveries on the itineraries and solving urgent problems during the itinerary to ensure adherence to delivery dates
- Supervision and commitment to apply the general policies of the company, for example (taking into account the insurance limits for cars - mandates)
- Periodic evaluation of the level of performance of management personnel and making necessary tests for drivers
- Follow up on licensing procedures and confirm commitment to implementing traffic conditions
- Follow-up to the periodic maintenance of cars and the change of rubber and batteries in the scheduled times
- Preparing daily - weekly - monthly reports on traffic, costs, maintenance and consumables
- Control the rates of fuel, rubber, and battery consumption
- Coordination with service centers for car maintenance
- Review the department's needs of employees and emphasize exploitation
- Tightening control over the documentary cycle and commitment to applying business policies in receiving and delivering the company's products, transfer, and returns
- Carrying out periodic inspections of all cars at the branch level to ensure proper implementation of work policies
