Job Description

  • Set up, copy, scan and store documents
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.
  • Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Prepare documentation reports on projects when required
  • Work with documents and records across various departments.
  • Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
  • Ensure documents submit to the right person to action documents.
  • Follow up with all discipline personnel for action items.
  • Ensure all information logged electronically for easy retrieval of information.
  • Ensure Document Data accuracy in compliance with implemented procedures and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and with External Project entities.
  • Retrieve files as requested by Different discipline individuals.
  • Ensure to check the quality of documents
  • Teaming up with other documentation groups
  • Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
  • Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work
  • Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
  • Provide weekly and monthly cost control and planning reporting to the management team
  • Review and monitor the cash-flow estimate.
  • Monitor project expenditures and work with projects to ensure funding is not exceeded, including management of contingency funds.
  • Updates its historical cost models with current information.
  • Control and monitor quantities and variation orders with respect to Third-Party Contractor's contract prices
  • Coordinate with the site cost control team and assist in preparing periodic cost reports including but not limited to the following: Cash-flow projections and expected monthly payments to Contractor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent in PDF, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
  • Very good in English.
  • Well organized and excellent business writing
  • Construction Back Ground is a must, PMO is preferable
  • Excellent documents presentation
  • Females Only
