Job Description

  • Balance and audit all Front Office postings and settlements.
  • Balance the work from all Food & Beverage and retail outlets at the property. Special emphasis should be placed on Banquet revenue to ensure that: (1) there is a cheque for each function, and (2) all cheques are posted, including cash bars.
  • Ensure telephone Call Accounting System reporting has been completed, and system is functional.
  • Initiate shutdown, reporting and start-up of the property's computer systems.
  • Ensure the copy and backup procedures are properly completed on the property's computer systems.
  • Balance all credit cards charge totals to individual cashier reports, and prepare credit cards for submission, ensuring that adding machine tapes of both soft and hard copies agree and are balanced with credit card folios.
  • Prepare and distribute a Daily Business Report of that day's revenues.
  • Prepare and distribute a recap of all Officers' checks for that day.
  • Organize the night audit work in an orderly manner for distribution to the Income Auditor.
  • Report any problems or discrepancies to the Income Auditor on a daily basis.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance or Income Auditor.
