Job Description
- Works closely with the marketing team in portfolio analysis and find opportunities to grow up our sales and market share by development and innovation.
- Manages the product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase.
- Monitors development process and ensure compliance to schedule and time frame.
- Coordinates and leads the new product concept brainstorming meetings.
- Creates SOPs and official documentation to help the all concerned parties to empower the new product development processes.
- Develops and documents new product formulas and processes based on market and customers’ requirements.
- Works closely with customers and partners to translate their ideas into new products.
- Builds up a network of key opinion leaders to validate the new ideas.
- Maintains existing products and develop new ones.
- Stays on top of market trends, product positioning, successes & competition to recommend appropriate actions in coordination with marketing colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Computer Skills : MS office & Internet browsing.
- Languages : Excellent Arabic & English (written & spoken).
- Ideal experience
- 7 years of overall experience, 2 years experience in same position in a cosmeceutical company.
- Post Graduate: Cosmetics Diploma, Marketing Diploma, MBA is a Plus.
