Job Description
- Check time sheets utilizing an electronic time and attendance software.
- Gather information on hours worked for each employee.
- Preparing monthly payroll sheets and ensure recording on HRMS.
- Follow up about any changes in employee’s salary, title, status or any needed information.
- Calculate taxes and payment of employee benefits.
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation & benefit and new hired employee etc.
- Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management.
- Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
- Calculate settlements for resigned employee & end of service payments.
- Prepare and maintain monthly headcount report.
Job Requirements
- Residents of Cairo governorate is preferable.
- Bachelor degree accounting or relevant field (Accounting field is a MUST).
- 2-3 years Experience.
- Age is not more than 30 years.
- Very good knowledge of HRIS system .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Strong MS Office skills are a must.
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of Egypt.
