Job Description
- Develop the budget, annual strategic and programmes plans of the department in line with the company strategy.
- Set & evaluate department KPIs.
- SWAT analysis and resource planning (recruit, motivate, organize training and manage new staff).
- Train to the new staff and implements knowledge transfer program.
- Develop second line and ensure for the same for subordinate.
- Working with procurement to source the right raw materials for production.
- Planning and implementing logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
- Overseeing product storage, handling and distribution
- Using computer software to track goods from origin to delivery
- Working on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analysing performance.
- Improving the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
- Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
- Implementing new technologies and staying alert to new trends in the sector.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders
- Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists
- Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
- Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree supply chain, accounting or business.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience 3 of which Supply Chain Manager.
Technical Skills
- Inventory Management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007
- MS office skills
- Good English skills.
