Main Purpose:
The Operations Manager would work closely with the upper management in Both US & Egypt sites and have an immediate impact on operational improvements & projects’ productivity, leading strategic initiatives, monitoring program management & performance, communicating company’s objectives to different teams in order to achieve company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Mixel world-wide operations covering both HQ in San Jose, CA, USA, and Mixel Egypt.
- Take the lead on Mixel growing IC business by reviewing market status, trends, projected demand and estimate revenue forecast & Playing a role in structuring deals, contracts or acquiring long-term agreement with key customers.
- Review and negotiate License Agreements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of: Electronics & Communication Engineering. Master's Degree is a Plus
- Years of experience in the same field: 7+ Years of experience in a related field.
- Proven success in a project coordination role.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- English Fluency is a must
Skills required:
- SAP/Oracle/Process Workflow/Project Management projects experience (full order to cash flow / Service Transition / Project Management).
- PMP or similar certification.
- Strong project management fundamentals including an understanding of the full project lifecycle from pre-project activities through to closure and post project review.
- Experience of translating and articulating project issues and technical changes into business impacts (cost, quality, time) whilst providing options and recommendations for progression to Top Management.
