Job Description
- Being on top of the full portfolio of the company services.
- Contact potential/existing customers to sell, upsell & cross sell the company different services.
- Being a focal point with the different internal stake holders in regards to the contacted customers’ different requirements, inquiries, complaints, etc. with full understanding.
- Share the call log report with all the needed data to the concerned stakeholders within agreed SLAs & standards.
- Direct the calls to the responsible team when needed.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Taking several creative initiatives that may enhance meeting sales target.
- Any other assigned duties when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
- High level of communication, negotiation & selling skills.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven.
