Job Description

  • Communicate with employees by responding their inquiries through several channels on time.
  • Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format
  • Create specific communications action plans, timelines, and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages helping culture, drive engagement, and deliver results
  • Work with marketing to edit, design, and print internal publications.
  • Publish videos and photography on all internal channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate employee communications content into overall company goals and messaging
  • Review and edit communications drafted by internal stakeholders and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone.
  • Write, edit and produce communications for internal audiences including but not limited to presentations, scripts, briefing documents, and employee communications, messages and emails
  • Collaborate and support the work of various internal working groups
  • Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods.
  • Coordinating Quarterly recognition awards, aligned to our values.
  • Establishing and running all internal surveys.
  • Implementing organizational culture action plan.
  • Verifies invoicing accuracy and processes for payment.
  • Manages, develops, and maintains employee engagement programs.
  • Identifies key engagement drivers and develops supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographically dispersed locations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Communications or related field.
  • Previous experience in communications is preferred
