Job Description
- Ensure the coverage of different facility security points by security personnel to prevent any possible loss of company assets.
- Ensure maximum responsiveness and quality of food and beverages in the cafeteria and catering personnel.
- Ensure the continuous cleanliness and maintenance of the facility through constant follow up and visits to supervised branches.
- Monitor the daily activity of Mantrac’s car fleet using tracking system reports and address possible missuses or inefficiencies.
- Follow up on the transportation agencies to ensure the safety and safe travel of company staff whilst addressing possible problems that may arise.
- Monitor the consumption of cafeteria, maintenance and housekeeping supplies and maintain sufficient stocks in coordination with procurement parties.
- Oversee the functionality of the facility’s fire system, following the necessary fire protection procedures in case of drills or emergencies.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
Knowledge:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
