Job Description
- Designs, develops, implements, and coordinates systems, polices & procedures.
- Identifies issues and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.
- Direct involvement in incidents & problems that cause service impact and acts as an escalation point.
- Assists in establishing standards & best practices in managing internal infrastructure including network, access rights, desktops, and servers.
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including managing internal network, VPN, Microsoft Active Directory, and system backups.
- Ensures systems, processes, and methodologies are maintained, effectively monitored, controlled, and support of service delivery.
- Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure service delivery methods and procedures.
- Plans and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels.
- Maintains server up-time consistent with with business goals and metrics.
- Manages the performance objectives and professional development of the Service Desk team.
Job Requirements
- BSc. Communications or MIS/Business Admin/Management/Commerce
- Min. 10-12 Years’ Experience
- Microsoft Certifications are preferred; MCP/MCSE/MCSA
- Microsoft Operating Systems: Windows Server (2003/2008/2012), Station (Windows 7, 8 and 10)
- Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016 and Office 365
- Lync Server, 2010 and 2013
- KMS, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2
